Building 5 Interior Renovation Project (EOI) CEOI The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") for General Services Division ("Agency"), from qualified firms to provide Special Inspections for various Agency projects, as needed, and to provide programming and comprehensive, full-service architectural and engineering design, including construction administration, for the interior renovation of Floors 1 through 6 of Building Five, located on the West Virginia State Capitol Complex, as defined herein, per the attached documentation.
