Force America Plow Truck Packages The West Virginia Parkways Authority hereby provides notice of its intent to award a contract on a direct/sole-source basis to Force America Distributing, LLC for various plow truck packages. The Authority's current plow truck fleet is equipped with and operates using the Force America system. Standardization and compatibility with the existing fleet are necessary to maintain continuity of operations, ensure interoperability among vehicles and equipment, minimize training and maintenance requirements, and avoid interruption of service. Any vendor who believes it can provide products that fully comply with the attached specifications and are completely compatible with the Authority's existing Force America systems must submit written notification, together with sufficient technical documentation, demonstrating its ability to meet all requirements without modification to the existing fleet or interruption of service.
