TRITICALE SEED The West Virginia Department of Agriculture is soliciting quotations for the purchase of triticale see per the specifications and bid requirements. ARFQ AGR2700000002. Bid submission should be completed by thoroughly reviewing attached solicitation documents (ARFQ AGR2700000002_Solicitation Documents.pdf) in the attachment tab. A bid must include a completed Exhibit A pricing page. To avoid delays in award, bids should also include signed terms and conditions, addendum acknowledgement (if applicable), and proof of insurance as required by terms and conditions. If not submitted with bid, the preceding documentation must be provided by the successful vendor prior to award. Written vendor questions are due to purchasing@wvda.us by 3pm EDT on September 3rd. If questions are received, answers will be published as an addendum to this solicitation.
