MHST PARKING LOT REPAIR PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Office of Miner's Health and Safety Training to establish a contract for the following: For the one-time project, we need to clean, repair, seal with asphalt tar emulsion slurry, and stripe the parking lot and part of the access roadway, totaling approximately 91,250 square feet, at 431 Running Right Way, Julian, WV 25529. This also includes installing four (4) handicap parking sign and post kits provided by the Office of Miner's Health Safety and Training. The scope of work must cover all necessary materials, labor, and equipment. Additionally, the vendor must provide a minimum two-year warranty on the seal coating protection.
