AML - Brushy Meadow Creek Highwall B Addendum No. 2 is issued to publish and distribute the attached information to the vendor community. 1. Due to incorrect coordinates on the specifications and terms and conditions DEP AML will have another pre-bid meeting on Tuesday Sept 22, 2026 at 10:00am Eastern. Vendors who attended the first pre-bid meeting on 09/02/2026 DO NOT have to attend the second pre-bid meeting but they may attend if they would like to. Any vendor who DID NOT attend the 1st pre-bid meeting MUST attend 2nd pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. Vendors are to follow the DRIVING DIRECTIONS to the pre-bid meeting. 2.
