Premium subsidization of General Liability The West Virginia Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is issuing this Request for Information (RFI), on behalf of West Virginia Office of Energy ("Agency"), to all vendors that have a desire to provide information about third-party administration and premium subsidization of General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance for the West Virginia Energy Efficiency Contractor Training Program to support the Home Energy Rebate Programs.
