Window Replacement Project

WINDOW REPLACEMENT PROJECT 1. PURPOSE: The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (OSA) Purchasing Division, West Virginia Department of Health Facilities, William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "bids") from qualified firms to provide architectural/engineering services as defined herein. 2. PROJECT: The purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide a complete engineering design for the replacement of hospital windows. Evaluate all windows for the need to replace the entire window or only the rubberized seal. Separate the building into sections, and provide cost estimates for the various options. The Hospital will use the evaluation and cost estimates to determine the scope of work on the RFQ. The project will be located at William R Sharpe Hospital located at 936 Sharpe Hospital Road, Weston WV 26452. Commodity lines: - Professional engineering services
