Description
Project Overview Marathon County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Learning Management System (LMS) that seamlessly integrates with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). The goal is to enhance employee training, compliance tracking, and learning analytics while ensuring data consistency with Workday. We are looking for a 5-year commitment. Marathon County currently uses multiple learning management systems to capture the needs of our departments that do not integrate with our Workday HCM system. We seek a scalable, user-friendly, and modern LMS to deliver compliance training, onboarding, and continuous learning for all employees. Specific training content that we are seeking: Legal Compliance, preferably for Government Leadership and Professional Development Environment, Health and Safety IT Fundamentals
