Development of Aviation Facilities

In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E and Dane County policies and procedures, Dane County is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms for the lease and development of an aviation facility at a shovel-ready site(s), located at the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). Purchase Description The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document. Multiple proposers may be selected to develop one or more designated areas. The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract for service(s). MSN aims to finalize a lease and development agreement with selected proposer by September 1, 2026, with project completion targeted for April 1, 2028. The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.
