CWES Cabin Roof Replacement Project

The University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point is requesting bids for roof removal and replacement, including repairs and installation of new steel roofing systems, for five (5) log cabins at CWES. Information for this solicitation can be found and responses MUST be entered online at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin . Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on June 18th, 2026, at 9 A.M. CT. The location for the visit site is the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station: 10186 County Road MM, Amherst Junction, WI 54407. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement. **Bidders who attended the site visit on May 4, 2026, are not required to attend the June 18 site visit. Those bidders may upload the signed Certificate of Site Visitation from the May 4 visit to satisfy this requirement. The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 07/10/26 During the session, only the names of the bidders will be announced.
