Amendment 0001 is to extend the due date and response time of RFQ 36C26026Q0950 to Friday, Sept. 11, 2026 at 5 PM EDT. Contractor shall repair the Chlorinator Analyzer at Walla Walla VA Medical Center by installing the following Government furnished equipment: Installation of One (1) Flow cell module DEPOLOX® 5 C (Module name D02) non-pressurized version - W3T389205. Installation of One (1) DULCOMETER® Multi-parameter Controller diaLog DACb Model #: DACBW006VA4000010010EN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C26026Q0950 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for the repair of the Chlorinator Analyzer at Walla Walla VA Medical Center.
