Surface Velocity Profile Drifter System (Ice Tracker)

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, located in Norfolk, VA, intends to award a sole source contract for Surface Velocity Profile Drifter Systems (Ice Trackers) in support of the U.S. Interagency Arctic Buoy Program (USIABP).
