PMEL Freezer Farm Renovation Project

25 August 2026 The subject solicitation has been amended. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are now due 31 August 2026 at 5:00PM Pacific Time. The following changes are also being incorporated into the current RFQ: 1. Incorporate Revision 1 of Attachment 1 - Statement of Work 2. Incorporate Revision 1 of Attachment 2 - Drawings 3. Incorporate Revision 1 of Attachment 4 - Pricing Sheet 4. Incorporate CLIN 0006 for (Optional) Blue Line Fire Retardant Polypropylene (FFRP) instead of Schedule 40 CPVC. See SOW, Rev 1, page 8. 5. Post Government responses to industry questions. 6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0426 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the Freezer Farm Renovation Project in support of the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) located in Seattle, WA. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
