Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract: Stancil Voice Logger

Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Joint Base Lewis- McChord intends to issue a firm-fixed price sole‐source award to WesTek Marketing for Stancil Voice Logging System maintainence and service. The anticipated NAICS codes is 541519, Other Computer Services with a size standard of $34,000,000.00. The requested period of performance is 5 years. The contract place of performance is Joint Base Lewis-McChord. The authority for this sole source is RFO 12.102(a), which states, "For acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), document the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision". This notice is being published in accordance with RFO 5.101(a) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is not a request for quotes, bids, or offerors and unsolicited proposals in response to this notice will not be accepted. Interested parties may identify their interest and sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. MICC‐Joint Base Lewis-McChord is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this notice.
