Solicitation Number: N/A (Market Research Only - THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME) Requirement Title: Geomembrane Covers Notice Type: Request for Information / Sources Sought Response by Date: September 17, 2026 Requisition Number: RFISS-182 Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources, interest, and capability to provide the Geomembrane Covers in accordance with the [ ] attached drawings and/or [X] statement of work. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Please complete the attached “Questionnaire for Industry” Word document and return it via email to michelle.a.farrales.civ@us.navy.mil no later than September 17, 2026. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC) REQUIREMENTS. Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this sources sought notice is strictly voluntary. This sources sought notice is for information planning purposes, the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this sources sought notice.
