CGC Polar Star - Lube Oil

USCGC Polar Star requests delivery of 16,000 gallons of Shell Gadinia S3 40W lube oil via truck to USCG Base Seattle, Pier 46F, between late September 2026 and October 2026. Vendor shall provide and place a 600-foot boom around the ship prior to and during the transfer. Determiniation will be made via LPTA (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).
