WA State Parks Property Appraisals

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (State Parks) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to develop a pool of state certified or licensed general property appraisers for inclusion in the State Parks List of Approved Appraisers. Appraisal services are required for a variety of purposes, including fee-simple acquisitions, or less than fee, such as, lease, transfer, and impressment of easements.
