Standby Generator Maintenance & Response

The City of Mercer Island is inviting bids for Standby Generator Maintenance & Response. Work under this contract must follow City of Mercer Island’s provided task specifications and meet performance objectives. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish, through a competitive bidding process utilizing the MRSC Small Works Roster, contractor(s) to perform complete testing, inspection, maintenance, repair and emergency services on twenty-four (24) standby generators on the Island, in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and as further described in the Scope of Services section. Only contractors listed in the Small Works roster under the Power Production category and Generator sub‑category, as of the advertisement release date, are eligible to submit bids.
