Imagination Library Program

OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to United Ways of the Pacific Northwest for continued management of the Imagination Library of Washington. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a proven early learning, book gifting program that provides free, age-appropriate, high-quality books to children ages zero to five no matter their family’s income. Books are mailed monthly to all registered children, at no cost to the child’s family.
