General work description: Abatement of Exterior Property Maintenance Violations Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“City”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide court-ordered abatement of exterior property maintenance violations upon a private parcel within City limits. The work generally includes removal and proper disposal of exterior junk, garbage, trash, debris, and rubble; cutting, mowing, trimming, and removal of overgrown vegetation, including vegetation obstructing the public right-of-way or impacting structures; and related cleanup as specified in this bid request. Prevailing wage is required for this project. Bid prices must include the cost of complying with prevailing wage requirements and all applicable sales tax.
