Includes all work to repair dispenser/offload island concrete, drain water from the communications handhole, and provide an EFSO station on the dispenser island. Includes all work to repair dispenser/offload island concrete, and mount leak detector probes. Includes all work to provide asphalt circulation pavement. Includes all work to replace canopy coatings, provide splash blocks, and replace roof penetration boot seals for each tank vent pipe. Includes all work to replace canopy coatings Includes all work to replace aboveground fuel pipeline coatings, provide deadman for truck loading, and provide coated bolts, studs, and washers. Includes all work to replace tank vents, replace pump motor nameplate, repair tank grounding, provide grounding for tank stairs, and modify and extend existing platforms to provide safe access to all tank appurtenances. Includes all work to upgrade ATG console and modules.
