Town of Chelsea Exterior Storm Windows RFP

The Town of Chelsea is accepting bids to replace all the exterior storm windows at the Chelsea Town Hall. These windows must be consistent with the historic look of the building and be functional and fully weather sealed, including both glass and screens that can be raised and lowered as weather dictates. Contractor must submit material options for approval and is responsible for all field measuring - prior to order. Contractor must dispose of waste or trash produced from the work. Protect existing buildings, plantings and infrastructure from damage during project.
