Structures Engineering Services 2027

The Structures Section of the Highway Division of the Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking consultant engineering services to assist in the development of bridge and other transportation structures projects. The selected consultants, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, shall be responsible for performing a variety of assignments that may include but are not limited to: engineering; project administration; design; peer review of VTrans in-house designs or other Consultant designs; load rating; hydraulic analysis; traffic analysis; environmental permitting; right-of-way (ROW) services; utility relocation services; developing construction schedules; independent cost estimating; advertisement and bidding support and construction engineering support. The types of services required will be in accordance with the “Project Development Process Manual” and as directed by the VTrans Project Manager (VPM).
