River Road Culvert 2.04 Replacement

The Town of Moretown is seeking sealed bids from excavation contractors for the River Road Culvert 2.04 Replacement Project. The Town will furnish the culvert FOB to the job site. The culvert is a 12-foot-diameter by 90-foot-long corrugated steel pipe. The work includes, but is not limited to, culvert installation, a cast-in-place concrete inlet headwall, a laid-up stone outlet headwall, guardrail, paving, and traffic control. Bid documents will be available in PDF format beginning 8/13/2026 by contacting Rae Washburn III at r.washburn@onpointconsultingvt.com. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Moretown Town Office, 58 School St., Moretown, VT 05660, until 11:00 AM on 8/27/2026, at which time they will be opened and read publicly. Electronic bids will be accepted. The bid award will be considered at the Selectboard meeting on 9/8/2026. Payment and performance bonding is required. Project completion date is November 1, 2026.
