Description
The South Lake Clean Water Service Provider (CWSP) is soliciting bids for implementation oversight of a wetland restoration project. The project will focus on restoring approximately 3.35 acres of a wetland and riparian buffer area through site preparation (including invasive plant removal) and native plantings. The project area includes two adjacent properties in West Pawlet, Vermont: The Mettawee Community School (MCS) and a parcel owned by the Merck Forest and Farmland Center (Merck) where Vermont Land Trust holds a conservation easement. Primary work components include coordinating with the CWSP to: finalize the planting plan; source materials; issue RFPs for implementation; ensure that the site preparation and installation meets the standards and specifications of the design plan; and helps with additional project details, as requested.
