Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District (FCNRCD) is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a bioengineered shoreline on Lake Carmi. The site coordinates are (44.97279, -72.88626). Please be considerate when parking as limited designated parking spots are available.
