Kennedy Drive Pond 7 Stormwater Improvements Construction

The City of South Burlington invites bids for the Kennedy Drive Pond 7 Stormwater Improvements Project. Sealed bids shall be received and accepted until 2:00 PM on August 28th, 2026, local time at City of South Burlington, Public Works Building, 104 Landfill Road, South Burlington VT 05403. Bid opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline. Work to be performed under this project includes: the installation of a diversion structure, upsizing existing drainage pipes and catch basins, installation of a pre-treatment device and expanding and retrofitting an existing detention basin into a gravel wetland, including installation of subsurface material, underdrains, and outlet control structure.
