Invitation to Bid: Workplace English Language Instruction Services

Rhino Foods is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to provide on-site and/or blended English language instruction for its multilingual manufacturing workforce in Burlington, Vermont. Services should support employees across multiple shifts, with emphasis on workplace communication, safety, food safety, product quality, SOP comprehension, supervisor dialogue, and job-related English skills. Respondents should propose two to three service and pricing options, include an evening-shift coverage and continuity plan, and describe assessment, attendance tracking, progress reporting, instructor qualifications, and relevant experience.
