Elizabeth's Park Phase 1 Engineering, Geotechnical Investigation, Permitting & Site Design Services

The Town of Bradford seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms or multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide civil engineering, geotechnical investigation, permitting, and related site design services for Phase I implementation. The selected consultant shall serve as the lead design professional and coordinate all disciplines necessary to deliver a complete, bid-ready project. Phase I improvements include: Multi-use sport court, ADA-accessible pedestrian pathways and connections and integration of the previously designed skatepark The project is partially funded through the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and all applicable federal and state requirements shall apply.
