The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans or the Agency) is seeking a qualified Design-Builder for this Design-Build Solicitation. Important Note: This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued only to those who submitted Letters of Interest (LOI) in response to the "Burlington Winooski BF RAIZ(2) & Burlington STP 5000(29) Request for Letters of Interest (RLOI)," advertised on 11/21/2025, and who were invited to submit proposals (Shortlisted Proposers ). https://vtrans.vermont.gov/contract-admin/bids-requests/design-build REQUEST ACCESS TO RFP DOCUMENTS All documents associated with this Request for Proposals (RFP), including the RFP documents and attachments, supporting information, Question and Answer responses, addenda, and other notifications, are maintained on a secure SharePoint site. The State will not individually notify interested parties or proposers when new information or updates are posted.
