VTC Equipment Credenza

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of two (2) VTC Equipment Credenzas on behalf of the Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC) utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, KSI Professional, LLC. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order with delivery required on or before 30 September 2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number for this solicitation is N0018926QW319. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20260507. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses are available in full text at the following addresses: www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.acquisition.gov/dfars. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order under NAICS 337211 (Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing). This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
