Norfolk CSRM - PH1A - Floodwall Construction SATOC DBB

10/07/2026 - Update made to the Eventbrite attachment to remove FAR reference 36.3, which is a reference to DB and is not applicablle to this procurement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District is scheduled to host an “Industry Day” event on October 29, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) for construction contractors interested in the Norfolk CSRM Phase 1A Project. The event will provide an opportunity for Large and Small Business contractors to learn about the upcoming construction project. The one-day event will include a presentation encompassing a brief overview of the Norfolk CSRM program, Phase 1A contracts with a focus on Phase 1A Floodwall SATOC, followed by a live Q&A session. Please submit questions by close of business (COB) on 22 October to provide for a productive discussion (see below instructions to submit questions). Due to interests in the project and space constraints, participants may attend in-person or virtually. The Industry Day will be held at the USACE Norfolk District Building (803 Front Street, Norfolk, VA 23510) on the first floor. Call-in information will be sent to participants prior to the event.
