NOAA: Relative Humidity Calibration Standard built to Specifications

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO EXTEND THE SOLICITATION ACCEPTANCE PERIOD BY AN ADDITIONAL FIVE CALENDAR DAYS. ALL QUOTERS ARE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE, INCLUSION OF ALL REQUIRED COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EQUIPMENT BEING PROPOSED THAT WOULD FACILITATE SUCCESSFUL INTEGRATION WITH ALL EXISTING EQUIPMENT TO MEET ALL PERFORMANCE CRITERIA AS SPECIFIED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK, ALL ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MANUALS & WARRANTY INFORMATION AND/OR REVISE AND RESUBMIT THEIR ORIGINAL QUOTES IF NEEDED TO REFLECT THE PROPER CURRENT PRICING FOR TOTAL COSTS. IN ADDITION, ALL PREVIOUS QUOTERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AND RETURN THIS AMENDMENT AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE REQUIRED CHANGES. ANY PREVIOUS SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT SUBMIT A SIGNED MODIFICATION, FORM SF-30, WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION DURING THE FINAL REVIEW PROCESS. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for an two (2) Relative Humidity Calibration Standards as built to specifications for the NWS Sterling Field Support Center (SFSC) in Sterling, VA. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value in accordance with FAR 12.203(c)(2) and is 100% set-aside for small business entities. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made to a company not registered in SAM. Contractors active in SAM have a unique entity identifier (UEI) that is used to do business with the federal government. The Government has moved to a free new, non-proprietary identifier that will have to be requested in, and assigned by, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You can register and access the site by going to www.sam.gov. Please see Instructions to Offerors and full Solicitation as attached. **Contractors who do not respond to items 1 through 10 included in the "Instructions to Offerors" may be considered non-compliant with the requirements of the solicitation and no further consideration shall be given for award.
