MARCORSYSCOM Mentor Program

This is a non-personal service contract to provide a combrehensive Mentor Program as required by Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Human Capital Management described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Mentor Program fosters professional growth, leadership development, and knowledge transfer among participating personnel. Update 4 August 2026: Questions should be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Eastern, Thursday, 6 August 2026. Additionally, the deadline for quotation submissions is EXTENDED to 10:00 AM Eastern, Thursday, 20 August 2026. Attachments are updated to reflect the new dates.
