Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) $ The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 23 September 2026. The required Period of Performance is 24 September 2026 to 30 October 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Services (Class Deviation RFO-2025-12) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference.
