Description
This Justification and Approval (J&A) authorizes and approves the award of a sole‑source task order for the procurement of critical security upgrades to FPRS and NDB server environments, remediation of identified vulnerabilities in the modernized new environment, and the migration of the Team Foundation Server (TFS) to Jira.
