Wise County IDA is seeking proposals from qualified providers for A&E professional services

The Wise County, Virginia Industrial Development Authority (the IDA) invites proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for site preparation, site development and environmental permitting pertaining to the JJ Kelly Site Development Project. The project will consist of site preparation, grading, stormwater management, earthwork, erosion and sediment control, seeding, and other construction and related activities to support potential single or multi-family housing development.
