Virginia Statewide eDiscovery System

The Commonwealth of Virginia is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors regarding configurable, commercial off the shelf (COTS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) Criminal Case E-Discovery systems capable of supporting the Commonwealth’s Constitutional, statutory, and court-ordered criminal justice discovery obligations. This project has no specified go-live date. This RFI is for market research only. It does not constitute a solicitation and will not result in a contract award. It is being ordered pursuant to a directive from the Virginia General Assembly, who directed in their 2026 Biannual Budget.
