Virginia State Forest Invasive Species Treatments

The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain a Virginia pesticide licensed and insured, herbicide applicator to treat various invasive plant species (listed below) through foliar and basal bark applications with backpack sprayers at sites in Appomattox, Buckingham, Chesterfield, Cumberland, King William, Rockingham counties.
