VIB College Mattress Services

The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to establish a recycling service for mattresses for the following two months of June and July 2026 with a single contractor after the removal of mattresses from VIB’s partner college(s). These services will support the manufacturing operations of the Virginia Industries for the Blind at the Charlottesville Plant (VIB C), a division of the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI).
