It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products. Refer to the Description/ Specifications/ Statement of work page for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered. All responses must be received by May 20th at 2:00 PM eastern standard time. ***This is an all or nothing solicitation, brand name or equal based on salient characteristics.
