Towing & Storage of Unauthorized Vehicles at DMV HQ

READ ENTIRE ATTACHED SOLICITATION > The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, DMV is seeking a qualified and properly licensed towing and recovery operator to provide on-call, as-needed towing and secure storage of unauthorized vehicles located at DMV Headquarters Services shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year. Vehicles shall be removed only when requested and authorized by designated DMV Security personnel or another DMV authorized representative.The resulting Contract shall be provided at no cost to DMV. The Contractor shall recover its authorized towing, storage and related charges directly from the vehicle owner or other legally responsible party in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
