Term Engineering RFP

NRVRWA is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide Professional Engineering Services on an “as needed” basis under a General Services Agreement. NRVRWA will select one or more firms to provide the services requested using the Competitive Negotiation Procedure for Professional Services as outlined in the Virginia Procurement Act. NRVRWA shall enter into a one-year term contract with the selected engineering firm(s). The contract may be renewed, at the discretion of NRVRWA, for up to 3 successive one-year terms.
