This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025. The anticipated Period of Performance will be July 27, 2026-January 26, 2028.
