Superstructure Repairs for North Shore Road Algonquin & Meadowbrook Over Lafayette River

The work under this project consists of performing superstructure structural repairs and protective treatments to the slab unit and substructure, as well as restoring pile integrity. Work will include, but is not limited to, concrete repairs, waterproofing, surface treatment, and pile rehabilitation (Algonquin). Basis of Award: The basis of award will be the total sum of the base bids 1 and 2. Additive Bid Alternate 1 will be considered provided pricing is considered reasonable and within the budget for this project. Notification will be made if we intend to include the additive in the award. Please ensure pricing for both tables is provided. Only include the Base Bid total for your bid in your response package.
