Special Notice: Resale Ordering Agreement (ROA) Modification for FDS items

This Special Notice is to provide a read-ahead, conformed copy of the upcoming Resale Ordering Agreement (ROA) modification language to all DeCA Frequent Delivery System (FDS) contractors. The bilateral ROA FDS modification package will be distributed directly to all applicable contractors for signature during the week of June 29, 2026. Contractors are encouraged to download the attached conformed draft and ensure their designated corporate signatories are prepared to receive and execute the formal modification next week.
