RVRA invites sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the design and installation of a permanent perimeter litter control fence at the Smith Gap Landfill, 8484 Bradshaw Road, Salem, VA 24153. The Work consists of approximately 1,500 linear feet of engineered litter control fence, extending from finished grade to a height of thirty (30) feet, complete with all structural poles or posts, foundations, netting, attachment hardware, and outrigger assemblies as specified herein. The Authority anticipates an approximate service life of twenty (20) years for this installation. Bids are due August 13, 2026 at 2PM.
