Scope of Work:Onsite Sewage System InstallationProject number: 2025-SLPP-011Address: 11495 Eds Drive, King George, Va 22485Repair a sewage disposal system on the property at 11495 Eds Drive, King George, Virginia 22485 per Virginia Department of Health Onsite Soil Evaluator (OSE) Construction repair Permit Health Department Identification (HDID): 099-26-0034-SR dated March 6, 2026. All work must adhere to the Code of Virginia Administrative Code Chapter 610, Sewage Handling and Disposal Regulations as relevant to the issued permit. The system shall carry a minimum one (1) year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties. Contractor to provide all necessary permits/approvals, materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, supplies, and other items needed or required to safely execute and perform all work in accordance with the Attachment D, OSE Construction repair Permit HDID: 099-26-0034-SR including all code requirements and any addenda contained in the scope of this request.All quotes must be received by July 6, 2026 no later than 2 pm local time at the GWRC Offices at 406 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or by email at septicrelief@gwregion.org.
