RFQ 2025-319h-005 – Install Alternative Onsite Septic System

This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (“Owner”) to obtain quotes from qualified and experienced contractors to install a new septic system located at 29124 Richmond Turnpike, Ruther Glen, Virginia, 22546 as described in the Scope of Work outlined below. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Brianna Heath, email brianna.heath@gwregion.org, phone 540-642-1575, the Owner’s designated representative. Once the work starts, it shall be worked continuously until satisfactory completion.All quotes must be received by June 1, 2026 no later than 2 pm local time at the GWRC Offices at 406 Princess Anne Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401 or by email at septicrelief@gwregion.org.
