This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.The work will be conducted under the direction of the Global Center for Automotive Performance Simulation (GCAPS), a center within the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute (VTTI).
